Enduring Wealth

TIME is our enduring wealth.

what we do with our time determines what we will have in our life.   This is the true inherent wealth given to all people equally at birth; in the same proportion, replenishable everyday, can't be saved, must be spent, can't be stolen, must be given.

It is by our own will or submission that we sell off (give) big lots of our time, for as little as $5 an hour to someone else's goals and dreams instead of investing that wealth (time) for our own; unto now we have become a society that believes it is a "company" that gives an individual the wealth to live whereas in reality it is the "individual" that gives a company the wealth to exist.

Today I completed yet another Site

2012 will prove challenging indeed as I set out to clean up some of my old websites and eliminate others.  My goal is to have a more focused presence online.  Right now I have so much stuff from the last 20 years that I keep stumbling upon (having forgotten about them)  The biggest challenge is finding a way to keep the good stuff that matters and making it better; while letting go of some even better stuff that is no longer a part of my new direction.

I'm embarrassed at how much stuff, so many sites--that I've created and abandoned over the years.  But one focus at a time...yeah right...lol  I just created 2 new sites in the last 3 months!  check them out if you dare: The Empress of Empowerment  is my latest website in my quest to begin a new journey to empower others with all the things I've learned and experienced....and:  My Book's Website  is the site I created to promote my upcoming new book entitled:  Memoirs of an Ex-Black Woman: A Journey From Darkness.  We'll, not to say that I'm out of the "Darkness" yet...but I can see the light at the end of that long ass tunnel!  :-)

HUMAN NATURE

Until I understand human nature, I am subject to being bamboozled.

I can’t argue the lie until I know the truth;

thus I have followed ego without question,

and believed in answers I could not prove.

It’s alright though,

because I get along with the lies I can see,

and touch.

And "feel" is the one sense I can identify.

Can I really believe in something I cannot see, touch, hear, smell or taste?

How can I defend something that does not respond to any of these senses?

I know my prayers are answered

But the only witness is the outcome.

The outcome being that which I intended;

even in ignorance of human nature.

But it’s alright though,

because I can feel,

and truly I can touch;

but touch and feel can’t argue the lie because they do not know the truth.

That’s the nature of being human.

Out of Balance

In his imbalance, man is a destructive creature and he will take pleasure in his attempt to overpower everything around him.  The structure of his physical form encourages him to grasp hold of his environment to bend and twist it relentlessly. His mental capacity is limitless in finding new ways to distort and distill his natural world.  He will reason down his spirit until it yields to his lusts and desires then chase them into obsessions.  He will take from himself all that was given to him until he perishes.
